All training for my team was done by myself overseen by the store manager. Within the role, I was allowed to grow from Stock Room Supervisor to Sales Manager, due to a number of management absences taking more of a front of house role. Visual merchandising & windows became an important task in my day to day role, following trends & using our own company Biz guide for themes. I was sent to many other stores to help with refurbishment & work in smaller stores such as Western Favell, Northampton Store & further specialist training at our Area Managers store in Northampton (flagship store)In this role I had the opportunity to complete my level 3 NVQ Customer Service.
