• Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions withinthe financial systems functional area. Portfolio of applications includes the Ecosys, OracleEBS application, and other related financial systems.• Identify opportunities for technology solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.• Collaborate on design and implement new features/extend the functionality for existing features to meet new needs/reflect changes in business process.• Research and gather business/system requirements (business rules, configuration, security, UI); develop detailed business and functional requirement documents.• Develop conceptual modeling and process workflows to illustrate current and future states (Using Visio to produce process flow diagrams).• Design and develop complex data structures, reports, spreadsheets, forms, and data integration approaches in EcoSys EPC platform.• Participate in the end-to-end SDLC of the product from initiation to implementation to ensure business objectives are met, including defining and leading the technical deployment strategy.• Actively participate in technical design and architecture reviews; lead QA activities to test system functionality and validate new products, enhancements, bug fixes, and patches.• Investigate, resolve and/or escalate Tier II support issues. Manage the support relationship with the product vendor to ensure issues are addressed effectively and efficiently.• Perform fit/gap analysis and conduct research to make objective recommendations for IT solutions that effectively support key business processes.• Stay informed of product enhancements in order to determine the appropriate upgrade strategy and how best to implement new features.• Leverage Agile practices to maximize team collaboration and delivery of value to stakeholders: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, daily standups and task board utilization (Using JIRA and Confluence).

• Identify, develop, implement, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow, Ariba, and Icertis systems respectively• Coordinate all system changes to ensure data integrity within all integrations including but not limited to SAP, Rapid Ratings, Risk Recon, Viva• Perform routine system testing and analysis to evaluate user adoption and identify system efficiencies• Create and maintain all training materials and user documentation; conduct user system training• Review quarterly enhancements and implement features that improve the user experience Including change management documentation, communication, and training• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, business process redesign and mapping, testing and user training, documentation of activities, processes, test scripts and client interaction• Gather and analyze user business requirements and processes, understanding the existing business processes & legacy systems• Prepare Functional design documents for customizations, reports, and interfaces. Analyze customized solutions for GAPs• Operate as the key point of contact with the suppliers (ServiceNow, Icertis, and Ariba respectively): o Collaborate with all stakeholders on all activities relating to the supplier o Set clear and measurable performance expectations (KPIs) o Understand contracts with these suppliers, upholding KPIs as well as contractual SLAs o Ensure the governance guidance based on stratification tiers is followed o Conduct regular business and operational reviews o Lead quarterly business reviews o Work closely with the MassMutual supplier diversity team o Mitigate supplier risk

• Manage the Team of individuals supporting the District’s Student Information Systems, supporting data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, improve data integration, and enable greater insight into student information• Responsible for the planning, preparation, translation, and execution of data flows and migrations between enterprise platforms• Monitor, configure, enhance, refactor, test, and support existing data integrations• Architect, design, and develop new data integrations: API, flat file, XML, PL-SQL, T-SQL, Power Queries• Perform business process analysis• Define project scope, inputs, outputs, reporting requirements• Identify solutions to end-user requests for support and resolve technical problems• Develop end-user documentation and knowledgebase articles• Provide training to develop the members of the Student Information System team• Develop and establish standards and techniques to assure data quality, security, and integrity of student information• Coordinate student information system software update releases, assuring adequate testing of all changes and modifications• Develop related project documentation and manage project plan• Support ongoing documentation and maintenance of data standards within the enterprise knowledgebase• Develop reports and data integrity checks to support compliance and remediation efforts• Evaluate student data and identify opportunities to improve data through governance• Perform end of year data processing• Oversee local, state, and federal reporting (SIMS, EPIMS, SCS, SSDR)• Participate in the design and development of the SPS Data Warehouse including implementation of administrative dashboards, implementation of teacher and student profiles, and development of custom reports as needed• Conduct training and workshops for District wide staff • Analyze data pertaining to the District’s data governance and data quality initiatives

• Implement and Deploy Ellucian’s Recruiter CRM • Work directly with clients to develop functional requirements based on their specific business practices• Build custom components in Microsoft Dynamics 2011/13 based on gathered functional requirements• Train clients on using and troubleshooting technical components of a complex software solution• Travel 80% of the time to Client sites for requirements gathering, training, and “go live” engagements

• Manage the College's CRM system, Ellucian Recruiter, and utilize the CRM in conjunction with the College's ERP, Ellucian Colleague, as well as Infoview Report Writer to define, collect, analyze, maintain, and disseminate official institutional data• Provide official institutional information to both internal and external constituents for the purposes of describing, documenting, and publishing information about the college as well as working to improve data literacy and analysis skills among all campus constituents• Host trainings and develop documentation for all Recruiter processes• Work with staff with of varying technical skill levels and backgrounds providing training, documentation, one-to-one consultations, and support for collaboration across departments• Document all report criteria and develop self-service instructions for department users• Run data integrity checks• Implement the College's CRM, Ellucian Recruiter: Develop, build out and maintain a new CRM system• Provide support in functions related to overall student record integrity, maintenance, and systems support, including the student information system, report writing tools, and other auxiliary systems and applications• Serve as liaison between department and internal and external constituents• Conduct institutional reporting

• Develop, build out and maintain a new CRM system: Hobsons Connect CRM.• Admissions Office Lead Role in the Campus-wide implementation of Jenzabar EX4 • Develop and Maintain all communication workflows via Hobson's CRM• Provide user training, developing all training resources and documentation• Manage the computer-based Undergraduate application process • Develop and Maintain Undergraduate Admissions Portal• Provide oversight of all Undergraduate Admissions file management activities• Build and maintain student records on the College's administrative database for all new incoming students: undergraduate and graduate, domestic and international• Develop, maintain, and enhance processes to support and validate the integrity and confidentiality of student records and ensure institutional compliance with federal standards
