Mel has worked in most aspects of the real estate and loan world. In real estate she has a long history of representing sellers, buyers, dealing with short sales, auctions, and foreclosures in both the residential and commercial markets. On the mortgage side, she has represented large banks, worked for boutique brokerages, and has extensive knowledge on Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, Portfolio Products and private money financing for purchases, cash out refinances, home equity, and bridge loans. Mel has a passion for numbers and structuring financial solutions. She earned her undergraduate degree from USF in economics and entrepreneurship, and her MBA from Ashford University where she focused on finance.Mel’s true passions are helping her clients achieve their short and long-term goals in finance and real estate. We offer personalized service for most real estate needs of our clients, which include consulting, leasing, management, mortgage financing and real estate. She also loves all aspects of interior design and architecture, and puts those skills to use on her own investments, and property flips. In Mel’s spare she time enjoys long walk on the beach, Vinyasa Yoga, travel, and spending time with her French Bulldog Jack.
