I'm Melissa Gilbert, a Frontend Developer and tech enthusiast with a passion for turning creative ideas into digital solutions.💼 I'm now the Founder of PivotalFlow, a website subscription service dedicated to supporting businesses in the arts, culture and mental health sectors with tailored digital solutions. Leading my own venture has allowed me to take my passion for development and help others build their online presence with ease.🚀 Previously, I was the Head of Development at We are PF in the UK, where I led a talented team to deliver digital experiences, primarily working with Strapi CMS and Nuxt 3. I've also had the opportunity to work at iTech Media, where I gained hands-on experience with React, GraphQL, Gatsby, and Contentful, while also launching a Neurodiversity network – because I believe diversity is a key driver of innovation.💡 As a proud advocate of Dyslexic Thinking, I see problems through a unique lens, finding creative and effective solutions that others might overlook.🎯 My journey in tech started as a Frontend Developer at FINALLY Agency, where I sharpened my leadership skills and learned to inspire my peers.
