In coalition with advocates and workers, I succeeded in drafting and advocating for state and city legislation to decriminalize delivery workers’ use of electric bicycles. Through organizing and legal strategies, I helped negotiate a settlement providing $150,000 in unpaid wages, vacation pay, the provision of e-bikes and safety gear, raises, and compliance with other labor laws. Through litigation, representation and settlement negotiation, I helped secure thousands of dollars in unpaid wages and damages, and other workplace improvements for immigrant workers across various industries.
