I help women who struggle with fatigue weight issues and pain to regain a life of optimal health and wellness. This is achieved by tailoring a program individual to their needs that will leave them with and increased energy, their desired wight and a life free of pain.

Successfully established a new business within the beauty industry with regular repeat clientele. As a salon owner I was responsible for all aspects of running a business including sales, service, products, accounting and business management including marketing.

Holding various positions within the federal government I was responsible for business coordination of The National Land and Water Resources Audit where I was instrumental to ensuring project management milestones were achieved and program budget requirements were met. Furthermore I was responsible for inter-department relations and the development and co-ordination of the steering committee meetings with the organisation of accommodation, flights, catering, agenda development, minute taking and reporting and presenting of Audit’s budget for up to 18 senior state and federal government officials. While in my role as an Executive Assistant I used my strong time management skills to ensure my Manager could operate at 100% capacity.

At the face of the company this was a highly client-orientated position with key focus on customer satisfaction. A safety orientated role with legislative responsibilities and reporting. Additional duties would include detailed passenger briefings and safety inspections, customer sales, stock orders and control and maintenance of a senior first aid certificate

Advanced through a series of promotions, culminating in oversight of International Airport food service outlet and 6-member customer service team. Undertaking a number of managerial duties including: maintenance of company standards, target analysis and budget monitoring, management of customer complaints, liaison with staff and senior management in relation to budgets and activities and preparation and conducting of staff meetings.
