Providing an efficient administration service to the following roles: Clinical Lead, Operational Lead, Lead Social Worker, 2x Lead Consultant Psychologists, and their teams. • Manage diaries and organise meetings and events including travel and overnight arrangements if required.• Directly liaising and working collaboratively with Ministry of Justice, Prisons and court systems, CQC, NHS England/Wales for the admission and continued monitoring and care of patients.• Production of clear agendas, effective actions, legal reports and division newsletters. • Collating and analysis of statistics incorporating graphical representation. Accurate filing of sensitive data, maintaining confidentiality in line with Data Protection Act and GDPR.• Providing support in HR work such as recruitment, annual leave, maternity leave and sickness.• Line management of ward administration team• Audio transcription of assessments and court reports. • Healthcare Assistant work on the wards supporting patients when required• Provided Clinical Administrator services at the Nottingham site to cover staff shortages.• During the COVID Pandemic I took notes at GOLD Command and outbreak meetings as well as an additional role as vaccination administrator.• Working closely with on-site GP’s, Dental Practitioner, Podiatrist, booking clinics, reception duties and typing all referral letters for the whole St Andrew’s Hospital• Liaised with Northampton General Hospital for screening clinics including breast and retinal. Collaborated with external optician to provide onsite appointments for patients• Collating and analysis of statistics incorporating graphical representation• Organised all the hospital Health Promotion Events including external stands• Production of Level 3, 4 & 5 Physical Health Anatomy workbooks used in current courses held with University of Northampton
