Business lead in the development and maintenance of estimating / pricing capability within the Military Aircraft Business. Responsible for the further development of the functional capability to becoming more responsive to ever increasing customer demands. Developed and implemented improvements in the efficiency and responsiveness of the bidding process across the business through LEAN techniques,eliminating waste and cost, internally and throughout the supply chain and partner companies across Europe.
