• Directed process design/implementation of 15 MM$ FCCU/Unsaturates Gas Plant revamp project, including new riser, new reactor, new air grid, cyclone systems, full structure packed fractionator, elimination of slurry.
• Designed and implemented installation of an auto FCCU Emergency Shutdown system.
• Technical engineer in charge of pre-commissioning, training of operating personnel, start-up, and operation of a UOP CCR Platformer. This encompassed all of the guarantee checks for royalty verification.
• Other overall unit assignments included:- Crude/Vacuum Unit, complete with heat train improvements and corrosion control work.- Reformer (UOP CCR Platformer and Swing Bed Regenerations Reformer), review of hydrogen.
