Lead Shipping - Uses software to arrange outbound shipments, conforming to proper standards including DOT/IATA requirements when shipping dangerous goods. Completes Goods Receipts.This responsibility includes documenting SOPs and training backup shipper(s).This responsibility will also include managing returned shipmentsOccasionally backfill most Warehouse Lead responsibilities on a short-term basis as directed by plant.Material Receipts - (GR) Breaks down and receives incoming shipments by performing 3-way checks, verifying that materials and quantities match between the 1) Packing List; 2) PO; and 3) Materials delivered.Researches delivery errors and/or discrepancies.Safe delivery of all materials throughout the plant.Completes safety audits and equipment check offs.Assists plant personnel at the warehouse pick up window.Reports shipment discrepancies to Warehouse Lead/Manager and completes required forms.Labels and stores received material as directed.Trains others in Material Management practices and procedures.Conducts periodic inventory cycle counts and physical inventories as directed.Warehouse Security - Monitors personnel traffic in and out of the warehouse, challenging persons not authorized access to warehouse spaces, reporting suspicious personnel or behavior to Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.Ensures that physical security barriers (doors, gates, etc.) are secure at all times.Staging of Materials - Stages materials as required to support Work Order materials requirements, preparations for shipment.Movement of Material - Moves/relocates materials as required using hand truck, forklift, vehicle, or other means.Material Issues - (GI) pulls material from inventory and staging to be issued to a job.Researches inventory and stagged materials discrepancies.Verifies material and issues material from GSAP.Researches Good Receipts problems and discrepancies.Assists Inventory Analyst with inventory research.

Works with the receiving inspection process, to include parts inspections, certification inspection, documenting all relevant data into the company's systems and data base.Track all daily incoming/outgoing packagesWorking with the quality group on all non-conforming parts / conditions by segregation of parts until the correct paperwork or nonconformance is corrected. Careful coordination with required personal needed to help facilitate correcting the non-conformanceWork with the Aircraft assembly team on the kitting process for all parts to be safely and accurately delivered and stored near the aircraft.Maintain logistics – part receive and general requirements in the establishment and organization of assembly area and shop floor and storage facilities

Updated, and streamlined the DemoPool processes. Reported status updates to upper management. Shipped product to customers, including picked orders, packaged, recorded serial number information, used the shipping systems, filled out waybills, and ship confirmed. Received shipments in Oracle and communicated with buyers any issues regarding PO receipts. Monitored TAT for demonstration equipment and communicated any substitutions of equipment going out for demonstrations.
