Enabling the regional operational goals and work plans, managing multiple projects, services and programs in the Southern QLD region covering homelessness, youth justice, early learning, family support, social support for older Australians, migration support, humanitarian action and volunteering. Provided senior leadership for a broad range of regional operational activities in Southern Queensland ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services, emergency services work and corporate support functions within the region. Leadership, strategic and operational management of two Australian Disability Enterprises (Brisbane and Gympie), a commercial recycling plant and a light assembly production operation delivering excellent employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
