Responsible for creating RFQ responses in InDesign, completing project specific qualifications, and supporting Business Development. Creating, updating, and maintaining project descriptions, employee resumes, website updates, and social media presence. Organize and update firm outreach materials. Organize and maintain industry event calendar, registrations, sponsorship's, company events, and business development events.

Current position includes assisting the estimating team in maintaining the bid schedule, weekly sales meeting agenda, and procuring and organizing bid documents and addenda. Prepare bid correspondence including scope letters, bid forms, design/assist and design/build proposals, prequalifications, bid bonds, and surety letters. Prepare and maintain marketing materials, employee corporate resumes, project profiles, etc.

Assisted the project managers as a Contract Administrator in controlling the flow of information, maintaining project record logs, preparing correspondence including subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders, and facilitating the submittal process.
