I began in Purchase Ledger after 2 years I progressed to Assistant to Vehicle Accountant, I then was promoted to Vehicle Accountant 3 years later. I have undertaken many roles and tasks within Accounts, including Management Accounts, Manufactures Composites, Co-ordinated and reconciled vehicle stock checks for 4 sites. I have recently taught myself advanced skills in excel including pivot tables, vlookups and other various functions.I was made redundant after 26 years at the same company. Being forced out of my comfort zone and look for another job. Now I am at a very exciting company Group 1 Auto as an Accountant for Audi, and enjoying my job.
