I started with Provident in July 2017 as a customer experience manager, where I managed a portfolio of in excess of 200 customers. My duties included the collection of payments as well as providing advice for people in financial difficulties and helping to manage vulnerable customers. I was promoted to Business Manager in Nov 2018 and now manage a team of 6 Customer Experience Mangers as well as overseeing the management of a further 11 employees. My duties include the coaching, support and development of staff to ensure the correct behaviours are being displayed and KPI’s are being achieved.

Primarily my main responsibility was to maintain and grow my customer base, place orders for IT equipment and to sell solutions configured by the company. Building and maintaining customer relationships was a key element to this position.

My Duties varied over the years I worked with Barclays. I started as a Customer Advisor. This entailed the handling of our customers’ monies, general servicing requirements and effectively dealing with customer complaints, whilst maintaining company policy and data protection laws.I went on to become a Personal Banker; this enabled me to undertake a more one on one role with my customers. Whilst still undertaking the above duties I also opened accounts for customers, helped with their insurance needs and their credit and budget requirements.
