Men On Boats is a satirical play I scenic designed for. Below are different tasks I did within this job role:-Designed the layout and look of the set using pencil,sketches and VectorWorks software-Communicated with costume, prop, make-up, lighting, and sound designers to confirm set details-Collaborated with the Production Manager and Technical Director on delegating tasks, developingtime schedules, and ordering required materials for the set-Supervised set construction and communicated with set builders Selected lighting, furniture, walland floor coverings, and all other props used on set-Produced models for the director's approval and implemented changes as required-Provided cost estimates and negotiated with vendors to secure the best deals-Inspected stage entrances and exits to ensure the set is positioned correctly with EHS, and alsoperformed quality assurance on all aspects of the set-Briefed crew and actors on set safety and also explained how the set operates
