I had been working in the financial services industry for over 20 years, as an Independent Financial Advisor, within the bank assurance sector. I enjoy problem solving and work as effectively within a team, as I do independently. I have very good communication skills, both face to face, and over the phone. I show a high degree of empathy with both colleagues and clients, I work well with all ages and backgrounds. I work in a positive and effective manor and am keen to take on new challenges. I feel that I am a good leader, but always open to new ideas. Being made redundant in 2013 I have taken time out to consider my options. I wanted to feel that I could make a difference to my clients.There are very few companies that specialise in Estate Protection and Trust Planning. Experience told me that some clients felt uneasy going to solicitors offices to write Wills or discuss Wealth Preservation Trust’s. I felt this was an area where I could continue to make a difference and decided to launch Green Lane Trust Solutions to ensure that my clients did not lose their hard earned wealth in later life. Bringing my financial services experience together with the ability to write wills, Power of Attorney’s Family Protection Trusts, arrange funeral plans and deal with probate, means that my clients are helped to maintain their family assets in later life.I am hard working, dependable, reliable and trustworthy. I always treat everyone, in the way I would wish to be treated and this has allowed me to be successful in every role that I have undertaken both in work and leisure. I have always found it easy to build up a rapport with all types of people. I adapt very well to the situation I am in, from discussing investments with millionaires, to providing protection for a single parent with no assets. I believe I am a good negotiator and most often will secure a successful result in whatever I do. I am open to new challenges and opportunities.
