As an artist in residence, I have been making my own ceramic artworks. During the Sheridan College Ceramics graduating show in April 2022, I won the Gardiner Museum Award, which granted me said solo show for the upcoming year. My sculptures document my perspective on what it is to be human, and how we relate to one another (or don't) on a daily basis.

In this role I am hired to carry out the vision of the curatorial team, or of a specific artist. I report to the Curatorial Installations Manager. I handle, hang and display both historical works and contemporary works. In this role I often need to build things, patch walls, paint walls, maintain an organized and safe workspace, and also be super flexible to the day-to-day tasks that the museum requires. I was also the Installations Intern in 2021, and learned a lot about what it takes to maintain a gallery space in an institution such as a museum.

Working as a wood-shop instructor with children who actively were in treatment for cancer or had once experienced childhood cancer. The role was so program activities for campers to learn and execute skills to build an object (or many objects!). In this role I was working closely with kids with all different skill levels, and needs between the ages of 5-18. It was extremely fulfilling and fun work, and something I'd like to explore again in the future.

Reporting directly to the CEO, CFO and VP of Highway Entertainment (sister company to PHD Media, Owned by Omnicom Media). Daily tasks included scheduling meetings with executives at media and production companies around Toronto and LA, updating calendars, keeping track of and filing expense reports for the three executives, booking travel and accomodations, attending pitch meetings, keeping track of office supplies, and more.
