Drilling Waste Management (Dwm), Solids Control Field Supervisor
CurrentA) Operating, monitoring and maintenance of all solids control equipments for offshore and onshore drilling rigs, dewatering sites, shop areas and other oil & gas related sites.B) Assisting in the severing, trouble-shooting & installation of equipment as required.C) Rigging up, down, maintenance and monitoring location equipments.D) Run continuous tests on the solids discharge and the effluent discharge on both units along with comparing informations.E) Attend pre-job safety meeting on location.F) An expert with all safety rules and HSE on the rig and i have a valid HSE certificate.G) Physical strength and ability sufficient to perform heavy manual labor for extended period of time.I) Make daily solids control report that covers all aspects pertaining to the drilling fluids over the previous day.J) Make all operations for dewatering, waste management and filtration.From January,2012To Date I am working as Solids control field supervisor in Scomi Oil Tools Egypt Company (oil field services company) tasks:1-Make a survey to install solids control material and equipments begin with mud tank, shale shakers, hig-dryer, desender, desilter and centrifuge.2-Specify equipment, materials, ratings and grades to be used in the drilling process.3-Provide technical support and audit during the drilling process.4-Provide field technical services to oil field customers.5-Supervise field service technicians and supervise staff in remote locations.6-Performe general training and vise technical assistance to customers.7-Handles special projects as assigned.8-Perfoeming cost estimates and analysis.9-Developing contracts with vendors.
