Generated schedules that monitored the quality of 800 number and telephone services at SSA field offices. Generated samples of field offices that measured and improved customer’s satisfaction of SSA’s in-person services. Developed a statistical regression model, with prediction accuracies ranging between 94-96% on “out-of-bag” test and future data, that helped set adequate workforce staffing levels needed to complete the work of 1200 SSA field offices as a function of the activities field offices performed. Results improved service quality delivery to over 64 million Americans. -
