My current role involves as a client-side project manager on residential and industrial projects ranging between 5M-50M, with clients ranging from private overseas developers to established development entities such as Blue Earth Group and KM Develop.My range of tasks include the following: - Preliminary Feasibility Analysis - Co-ordinating design development, including engagement of all consultants- Liaising with major service authorities and local councils throughout Victoria - Preparing of D & C tender documentation packs to undertake the competitive tender process for head contracts.- Administering the contract as the Superintendent, including any claims for cost or time under the contract, as well as coordinating any RFI's.- Chairing design and site meetings, as well as PCG reporting. - Co-ordinating documentation for Staged Building Permits - Co-ordinating documentation for both Occupancy Permits and Plan of Subdivision Permits. - Management of any defects during the Defects Liability Period.

My primary role was engagement on an agency/consultant basis with the Department of Transport Regional Offices.Pre-construction, this included the obtaining of various heritage and environmental approvals within government bodies, development of tender documentation, evaluation of tender submissions, as well as liaising with procurement with the tender award process. I also acted as a primary point of contract on behalf of the client throughout the construction phases of these projects, addressing day-to-day queries from internal and external stakeholders, as well as working within broader project teams to address major and minor commercial or technical matters.Throughout my time at RMG, some of my other responsibilities have included: - Preparation of scoping reports for DOT/VicRoads representatives to justify future project funding.- Design assistance for flood recovery works around all parts of Regional Victoria, in association with the State Bushfire Recovery Program
