As a pivotal member of the executive team, my role encompasses overseeing talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, training initiatives, organizational development, employer brand and culture. Since joining in 2018, I have been on a mission to construct a robust team and establish the HR function from the ground up. This role also included managing the seamless transition before and after our acquisition by Teladoc Health.

Establish and nurture partnerships with external clients.Partner with business leaders in accelerating growth by fulfilling their recruitment needs.Provide expert guidance and coaching on talent management, including organizational design and development, compensation, and employee relations.Conduct market analysis, source candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, oversee the selection process, and provide hiring recommendations.Certified in the MPO psychometric tool for comprehensive personality assessments.

Responsible for business development and driving revenue growth.Establish and nurture partnerships with external clients such as Intact, IA and CDPQ.Support leaders in building high-performing teams by fulfilling their recruitment needs for IT projects.Build strong relationships with consultants to enhance engagement and retention within the firm.Interview, assess qualifications, and represent candidates for IT projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and project goals. Manage talent by overseeing training programs, conducting performance evaluations, and negotiating contracts to ensure optimal employee development and retention.
