In addition to ensuring the store open and closed promptly when I worked, I managed payroll, scheduling, ordering supplies, deposits, and employees. I served as counsel to my employees as for moral support and solved employee relation issues. I also ensured every customer was treated with respect and care. In addition, I ensured food was a high quality and staff was efficiently trained.

As a supplement to creating proposals and client relations, I also contacted different businesses and companies about becoming sponsors for events, I helped with organizing meet and greets with celebrities, created promotional ideas, assisted with running a website, developed contracts, produced and recorded commercials that aired on the radio.

In addition with my receptionist duties (answering phones, taking messages) I was also contacting potential clients and convincing them to make a reservation with our company to do their moving while exercising my computer and customer relations skills.
