- Job Level: Jr. Manager.- High end offices and hotels (Waldorf Astoria, Park Royale and Pan Pacific), Le Parc luxury residence (Mansion, Townhomes and the Terraces)- Record defect list of Architectural, MEP, and Finishing. (including water tightness, fire protection, facade to building installation, wall and slab penetration etc) - Report defect list to the project team.- Witness defect list closing & handover to the tenant.- Report to Senior Manager.

- Job Level: Jr. Manager - In charge in large scale mix-used project of Thamrin Nine development, mainly in Phase 1.a). Le Parc Mansion 9 story of Luxury Residential, b). Agora 16 story Podium Retail consist of Shopping Mall, Amphitheater, Cinemas, Sport Hall, Olympic size swimming pool.c). Autograph Tower 385m super tall skyscraper (109 floor).- High end offices and 6 star hotel Waldorf Astoria.- Review shop drawing (concrete body plan, steel structure, curtain wall, architectural finishing, MEP.) - Review and respond to RFI & Method Statement under supervision of Sr. Resident Architect & Sr. Site Architect.- Engineering coordination with larger construction team, design team and contractors. - Use ACONEX for project management.- Report to Head of Resident Architect.

- Incharge in secretarial/admin duty for technical matters.- Follow up drawing deliverable from the consultant.- Assist Project Director on tender package schedule. - Organize Consultant Biweekly meeting. - Organize markups and design request from the owner.- Prepare presentation for Property Awards.- Working with ACONEX Project Management System.- Report to Project Design Director.

- Country Manager (Indonesia) of Surveyon- Transalate survey and emails from Bahasa Indonesia to English or vice versa. - Translate and test the UI/ UX of Surveyon mobile apps.- Create and publish daily quickpool on Surveyon website.- Proofreading.- Actively answer questions from survey member.

- Incharge on midrise Margo Hotel (3 Basement & 12 Floor)- Follow up forcon drawing deliverable from the consultant.- Prepare minutes meeting (tender meeting, design meeting.)- Prepare & analyse bill of quantity table comparison.- Review shop drawing D-Wall and Basement for the setting out.- Renovation of Margo City Mall’s food court, public toilet.- Report to Project Director.

- Conceptual design of TV studio, church hall, etc.- Prepare for shop drawing and details.- Work closely with Sound Engineers for AV placement. - Work closely with Project Manager to do site survey and visit.- Supervise and provide direction to foreman on site. - Report to Director.
