- Leading and overseeing a team of specialists to carry out varied marketing functions, including communications and email marketing, social media management, event coordination and product management- Overseeing strategy deployment through marketing and sales tactics - Collaboration with other members of the marketing team, and other key stakeholders, to ensure marketing activity alignment with campaign objectives- Monitor and report on marketing and sales activity against budget - Representing work unit on strategic steering committees and operational working groups

Key successes- Coordinated development and ongoing delivery of the Aspire Program, an early admissions scheme contributing to approximately $45m revenue. Aspire has experienced sustained significant growth since it’s inception in 2014, now making up almost 1/3 of La Trobe’s Undergraduate student intake- Imagined and established i-Aspire, a nurture program for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander to engage with the University. This resulted in a 600% increase in offers to Indigenous students from across metro and regional Victoria - Established a range of strategic partnerships with community groups, including Country Fire Authority (CFA), Duke of Ed Vic, Scouts Victoria and St John Ambulance. These non-monetary assets became a critical part of the success of the Aspire Program- Acting as the Manager, UG Student Recruitment on an ongoing, ad-hoc basis, leading a team of six Marketing Coordinators and sitting on senior leadership meetings and steering committees. I continue to act in this role on an ad-hoc basis as required by the Director, Sales and Customer Experience- Coordinated development and ongoing delivery of a nurture program to build affinity and contribute towards student satisfaction of the Aspire cohort- Managed integration of the Aspire campaign across multiple work units, including Digital Marketing, Communications, and Marketing Operations- Nurture and manage key relationships across the University to ensure seamless integration of Program delivery- Design and ongoing delivery of key recruitment events comprising the Aspire Enrichment Program, with positive growth in attendance across each year- Managed the delivery of the Future Ready Partnership initiative, including the administration of the Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarship. This lead to an increase in preference share from High ATAR schools and was informed by the University’s growth strategy within our strategic plan, Future Ready: 2013-2017

Key successes- Established financial process mapping to accurately manage divisional cost analysis across recruitment activities. This resulted in more timely and accurate reporting processes, allowing greater efficiency for the work unit- Assisted with the administrative delivery for the University’s digital integration of the course application process, Course Application Management System (CAMS). This was a large body of work, resulting in the removal of paper based applications from the University entirely, which proved a more positive customer experience for applicants and a reducing in processing time for Admissions officers

Key successes- Lead a team of four customer service operators through a significant change process, including the removal of key functions now owned by ICT- Introduced new key functions to the team and integrated them into the new Marketing and Engagement division
