-Designed the MVP of Kroger’s Health Portal: The homepage of Kroger’s all-in-one platform for optimizing our patients’ health and overall well-being. It is the entry point to our pharmacy, clinic, and nutrition tools and resources. -Designed “On Hold” status enhancements category to the status tracker increasing prescription transparency & communication for our customers-Redesigned/Improved the Auto Refill program enrollment flow to be more accessible and user friendly, seeing a 20% increase in program enrollment upon design release-Designed the Rx cart icon for prescription checkout-Redesigned the checkout flow for refilling prescriptions-Create/Design Prototypes: high and low fidelity prototypes - static or interactive - to communicate design decisions with the software developing teams and tests for usability/identify pain points on Userzoom-Collaborate with Tech Lead, Software Developers, Product Manager & business stakeholders-Lead discoveries on MVP design & future enhancements -Embraces Agile environment and acts as an advocate for customers and internal users, providing design solutions based on user-centered design, user research, and analytics-Evaluate designs: review existing solutions to ensure they meet design standards and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements-Focus on OKR outcomes: how design decisions impact the business and balance user needs with desired Objective Key Results per quarter
