A tutor, assessor and IQA with over 20 years experience, gained whilst working in FE and for private training providers. I am a literacy specialist but also experienced in teaching Functional Maths, ICT, Employability Skills and teaching and assessing qualifications. Additionally I have experience in managing a team of assessors on Business Skills qualifications and co-ordinating programmes such as alternative education and Traineeships.The groups of learners I have worked with include; NEET learners, 14-16 year olds, post 16 unemployed, offenders and ex-offenders and people with mental health issues.
