Wonder owns a group of companies who manufacture, distribute and retail balloons, party goods and dress up costumes & accessories - incl. Amscan Int'l Ltd, Amscan Europe GmbH, Christy's by Design, Party Delights, Luftballon-Markt and Ginger Ray. I am responsible for devising, leading and managing the Wonder group's global licensing business strategy (across 8 x legal entities), with regards to financial planning, license acquisitions & pitches, legal processes, sales, marketing, product development, sourcing and creative.

Hallmark Cards is a greetings card, wrap & gift company, who also used to own Tigerprint. Tigerprint were the exclusive supplier to M&S of greetings cards, wrap, gifts and home products. Reported to CEO, led a team of 9, devised and managed the Hallmark & Tigerprint licensing business strategies (both licensing-in and licensing-out) and financial planning across licensing acquisitions, licensing sales, legal/contractual negotiations, marketing, brand management, product development, creative, approvals and appointment/management of licensing agents.
