My academic background in Business Psychology, with minors in Marketing and Digitalization, forms the cornerstone of my education. During my studies, I spent a semester abroad in New York City.I gained marketing and brand management experience at John Reed (part of the RSG Group - Europe's largest fitness operator), where I led the redesign of the company’s global website, managed social media, and supported brand strategy and event planning.At the Tollwood Winter Festival, I drafted press releases, organized a press conference, and collaborated on social media content.I advocate for destigmatizing mental health issues and am passionate about mental health, exercise, and nutrition. Music, martial arts, yoga, and surfing are my sources of balance and inspiration.Most recently, I gained international experience through a Work and Travel visa in Australia, working in various hospitality roles.
