With over 20 years in oncology research, my career has spanned roles from laboratory technician at Schering to my current position as a scientist at Bayer. My journey began in Berlin and later took me to Cambridge, MA, where I helped plan and establish Bayer’s Research & Innovation Center (BRIC) in Kendall Square. During this time, I collaborated closely on the design and setup of BRIC’s research infrastructure, supporting our teams in creating a space that fosters advanced oncology research and innovation.Now back in Berlin, I am focused on supporting oncology projects and creating an environment where scientists can work efficiently and collaboratively. I love learning new things, especially in the fast-evolving field of oncology, and enjoy contributing to problem-solving alongside a diverse team. My goal is to drive meaningful progress in cancer research and help improve outcomes for patients.
