• CSA/ Level 5CAM Teller• Assists clients in using Cash Acceptance Machine• Reports uncredited deposit of clients• Retrieves and balances cash from cassettes• Prepares end of day report• Cross sells BDO products and services to clientsGeneral Service• Processes Outward Remittance transactions both foreign and local• Processes Checkbook reorder, Point of Sale transactions such as Cash Advance,• Balance Transfer, Easy Pay, Cash Availment• Retrieves cash from ATMs and replenishes machine supplies such as cash and paper receipts, Counts retrieved cash, Records, and notifies Service Officer of any discrepancies, Tests machine functions, prepares end of day report, Reports to IT service desk personnel when ATM needs repair• Processes all over transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, bills payment, remittances, foreign currency, and other miscellaneous transactions• Verifies authenticity of notes, validity of checks, identifications• Balances cash on hand• Cross sells BDO products and services to clients

• Assists the teacher and reinforces the instruction taught in the classroom to students. This includes going over lessons with students individually.
