Management, oversight, and implementation of all clinical and operational functions for three distinct facilities. Staff oversight, management, and training at all locations. Auditing, implementing quality controls. Ensuring documentation standards and other daily administrative and operational tasks related to high end SUD and co-occurring treatment at all levels of care

All aspects of development, training, and implementation of clinical programming at three locations including Sub-Acute Detox and Residential Facility, Intensive Outpatient Programming, and Sober Living Adjunct Services. Oversight and management of all intakes, treatment planning and implementation from pre-admission to discharge and follow up for clients with Substance Use Disorders and Behavioral or Mental Health Co-Occurring Disorders. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary team to ensure highest quality coordination of care. Responds to staff needs and concerns, including ongoing team training and individual skill development. Responds to all client needs including addressing crisis situations 24/7. Remains compliant with state and Joint Commission requirements, ensure HIPAA compliance at all times. Oversees all Electronic Medical Records and ensures quality control of all chart submissions. Communication with medical, dietary, clinical, and floor staff members of treatment team. Oversight and coordination with all utilization review, provision of admission information, initial authorization, concurrent clinical, and discharge information to billing company. Leads and/or collaborates in weekly Executive, Clinical, and Physician meetings. Addresses all other Clinical Department needs.
