Reason for leaving: Remote policy ended and staff was required to return to the SF office. I was sad to leave Intercom but I wanted to stay living in Portland.

Clients included: Amazon re:Mars, Amazon re:Inforce, DocuSign, Zerto, AnaplanReason for leaving: March 2020 Opus laid off 2/3 of their staff in order to survive the cancelation of all their events due to covid stay at home orders. Since I was a contractor, my contract was immediately discontinued.

Managed 35-40 events per year including planning, logistics, coordination, creative production, and post production. Event sizes ranged from company wide (130 people) all hands meeting productions to company + guests (300 person) formal sit down dinner holiday events, to 500+ person resort award ceremony productions.

- Worked directly with senior executives to increase visibility and brand recognition for clients- Compiled media contact lists for client announcement/news pitching- Researched and applied for relevant conference speaking positions & awards for clients- Created/found relevant content to share on client’s social media accounts, managed all platforms

- Established first Fashion Week in Provo- Coordinated and directed four runway shows involving 17 designers, 150+ models, 6 photographers/videographers, and roughly 800 guests- Placed event media on two local news stations, four print/online newspapers, mayor’s blog and several local fashion blogs- Facilitated community development by connecting local designers, models, photographers, entrepreneurs, etc- Raised $1,000+ and increased volunteer numbers for local charity.*Organization has changed their name to Utah Fashion Week - www.utahfashionweek.com

- Produced unique events strategically targeted to specific audiences to foster brand loyalty for local Gap store- Designed events to give customers an extra reason to come to the store and develop a personal connection to Gap, specifically Gap at the University Mall in Orem, Utah- Established mutually beneficial community partnerships with local food companies, fashion bloggers, fitness instructors, and Etsy shops- Publicized events and promotions via social media and printed collateral in local venues- Events included a local influencer fashion show, Hunger Games t-shirt customizing party, 12 favorite things local craft vendors pop up shops, etc.

Interviewed Grow America's celebrity judges about their successful entrepreneurial careers with a film crew then worked with crew to produce informational and inspirational videos for competition participants to view on the organization's website.
