Researched and drafted opinions and bench memoranda for various motions including motions to suppress evidence and post-Miranda statements, motions to dismiss, motions for class certification, and motions for summary judgment. Assisted clerks with preparation for pleas and oral argument. Observed court proceedings including arraignments, pleas, sentencing, oral arguments, and status conferences.

Served as a member of a small team of paralegals supporting several partners and associates. Oversaw privilege reviews, creation of privilege logs, and production of discovery. Undertook high-volume workload with exacting deadlines. Involved at all stages of case preparation (from discovery through oral arguments and settlement proceedings). Managed discovery databases for over one million documents.
