• Contribute to the HSE management system by ensuring audits and investigations are completed in a timely and professional manner and assisting HSE Investigators/Auditors in the undertaking of highly sensitive and confidential audits and investigations into serious incidents.• Assist the HSE Investigators/Auditors in conducting post incident review audits to monitor investigation analysis and effective implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents.• Assist the HSE Investigators/Auditors in preparing high quality reports for circulation to the Board, senior management and relevant stakeholders and ensure all records of investigations and audits are maintained centrally on Branch systems in an accurate and timely manner.• Manage the provision of safety advice and guidelines to business units to assist in the compliance with the HSE management system.• Maintain the Section’s systems by developing audit schedules and maintaining registers.• Enhance Ausgrid’s HSE performance by developing and implementing auditing schedules and programs and working with section staff to ensure that gaps identified are actioned appropriately.• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, processes and procedures to provide information and support the Section’s objectives which include areas of improvement in auditing and investigations processes.• Ensure that the policies, procedures and associated tools for HSE auditing and investigation documentation is up to date by managing the distribution, implementation and review of the HSE procedures and documents used in the Management System.• Ensure that HSE management requirements are met and systems are effective by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and ensuring the timely provision of systems information for HSE including analysing and reporting on performance.

Responsible for a broad range of WHS project initiatives and reporting analysis that contribute to improved WHS performance outcomes.

Primarily responsible for the coordination of Strategic Projects, Issues Management and divisional reporting for the Network/Transmission Business. Key responsibilities included;* Coordination of Divisional performance reporting.* Development and coordination of Business Plan.* Execution of the Business Continuity Management program deliverables; Coordinate and provide support to critical process owners in the development of business continuity plans; and represent Division during incident related activities.* Executive Risk Record management and reporting.* Manage Serious Electrical Network Incident (SENI) reporting to timelines outlined by the Department of Energy and key interface with the Department.* Manage associated governance documentation including Advice of Board Outcomes and Network Project Approvals.* Manage and coordinate Division Issue Management processes; Ministerial, MD Correspondence and customer complaints response process on behalf of the Division.* Implementation of Record Management (Trim/HPRM) initiatives and processes.* Implementation and management of Government Information Public Access (GIPA Act 2009) functions and processes.

Primarily responsible for the arrangement of new and altered service connections to the EnergyAustralia network.High level of customer service to both colleagues and clients within EnergyAustralia and external customers including electrical contractors and Authorised Service Providers (ASPs).
