Frequently communicated with other camp counsellors both verbally and through online messaging platforms in order to stay up to date with current plans and team goals to keep the camp running in a regulated manner. Maintained enthusiasm and high energy on a daily basis in order to keep campers engaged which led to a positive and welcoming environment for the campers.
