Ensuring synchronised settlements with our client’s and their custodians. Comprehension of bond management between local markets and Euroclear to facilitate cross border activity. Daily trade date position reconciliation between the front office trading system / custodians and Inferno settlements system. Arranging Pair off's with clients where possible for both Repo and cash trades. Control the mandatory recall process of borrowed bonds in Euroclear. Ensuring the Front office are advised immediately of any possible buy-in situations. Process all Buy-Ins instigated or received in line with current ICMA rules or via Euroclear Bank. Produce outgoing interest claims for relevant failed transactions and investigate and any incoming claims. Ensure the Group Email Inbox is managed daily to ensure that all emails are responded to in a timely manner. Additional ad hoc duties or tasks as required/delegated by Management. Show less
