I have over 25 years of experience as a mental health professional, supporting individuals and organisations to improve well-being and build resilience. My career began in NHS services, private practice, and community settings, where I developed a deep understanding of the challenges people face and how evidence-based interventions can make a lasting difference. I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, with additional expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR.Throughout my career, I’ve also been involved in training and mentoring, delivering workshops and education for NHS staff, university students, and other professionals. This work has strengthened my commitment to making mental health support practical, accessible, and relevant to real-life challenges.Thrive in Mind was created to bring this approach to the workplace. We offer proactive, preventative mental health services tailored to the needs of organisations and their employees. These include a digital psychological resilience programme, group well-being sessions, and one-to-one well-being clinics.
