With over 35 years of work experience in the fire service and the Royal Navy, I am a Watch Manager at South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, where I lead and manage a team of 7 staff. I have a credential in IOSH, and I use my communication and leadership skills to ensure the safety and efficiency of our operations. I also have database skills, which I apply to maintain and update our records and systems. I am passionate about serving my community and protecting lives and properties from fire and other emergencies. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to share my knowledge and experience with others. I value teamwork, diversity, and integrity, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and excellence.
