Assist Financial team in billing and monthly invoice preparation. Print and distribute marketing material.Create reports using a variety of programs, to find a range of information.Sort and compile data for better reporting habits. Learn new programs and templates, that assist in making reporting easier and more functional. Train and assist on new programs and templates, to help the team understand the new changes.

Daily processing of systems data and information.Data entry of 100-150 pages per day, 35-45 lines per page, while paying extreme attention to detail. This position included a wide variety of duties and I worked in 2 separate departments during my 2 year term. Assisting in updating customer account information, including passwords, on-line profiles, and email services. Assisting with on-line and over the phone transactions, including payments and credit submissions.Assisting as a C.E.M.T.
