This entailed being responsible for creating the invoices for the events after the fact (using hotel specific software), filing, data organisation, data entry, answering phones, creating event orders (if needed), creating signage, running daily/weekly/monthly reports, making menus, note taking for meetings. I was also (in conjunction with my role as Assistant Restaurant Manager) responsible for making booking for events for the Restaurant and organising those bookings. I finished this role when I went on parental leave in December 2012.

This was cover for another employee who went on long service leave, I was the Business Centre Administrator for a period of 3 months. I was responsible for assisting guests who used the business centre within the hotel. This included (but not limited to) printing, laminating, collating documents, research, photocopying, creating presentations, taking notes on phone calls - what ever the guest needed. The role also included being the administrator for the Event Sales department.
