My responsibilities included assisting colleagues with the preparation and productions of a range of projects for our clients. This offered me the opportunity to pen reports including Transport Assessments/Statements, Travel Plans, CTMPs, and access feasibility studies amongst others. I had the experience of working on a wide range of different projects which provided me with the opportunity to use applications such as the TRICS/ TRAVL databases, Junctions (PICADY/ARCADY) modelling software, analysis of the 2011 Census data and Adobe Illustrator. As an assistant manager I was responsible for opening and closing the shop, managering the shop in the absences of the shop manager and deputy whilst also managering and being responsible for other staff members on my duty. The role also included daily banking, cashiering and abiding to social responsibility laws and regulations and making sure they are enforced. Maintaining a good customer service and dealing with occasionally volatile customers and situations was also a daily pressure.

My responsibilities at Zoomania, an indoor children's play centre, included providing excellent customer service at the reception and café, organising, preparing and leading children’s parties, cash handling, greeting customers and dealing with problems.
