With more than thirty years of Escrow Operations experience, I bring a wealth of essential knowledge and expertise to today’s escrow agency practice challenges. I provide comprehensive transaction and tax return audit as well as trial balance analysis — expediting resolutions, including escheatment, as applicable. A Qualia Certified Expert, I support new deployments with configuration, custom document libraries and training. In addition to practice infrastructure modeling, I also offer Expert Witness services to the legal community.

I provided advisory and educational support to production units, promoted and oversaw implementation of company policies and procedures, facilitated enhancement of systems to support established protocols, managed transaction documentation needs, provided software systems and efficiency training.

Recruited as a key member of corporate staff prior to opening doors in this new business, I established policies and procedures, customized the electronic documentation system to established protocols, and created a complete escrow documentation library. Upon commencement of production, I provided software and escrow training, as well as advisory support to production units. Other duties: compliance oversight, facilitate transaction conflict resolution, educational seminars, oversight of government reporting and withholding records.

Duties over the course of my tenure included the provision of relief officer coverage, software and escrow training, and file auditing. I also facilitated transaction conflict resolution, provided advisory support to production units, developed a procedural manual, developed and implemented a comprehensive software conversion process, represented the agency in court hearings, maintained trial balance matters, and facilitated regulatory audits.
