IPFX Ltd is a software development house that provides Computer-Telephony Integration (CTI) and Contact Centre functionality over a VOIP Telephony Solution. In my 10 years at IPFX I worked with 100's of companies in installing, upgrading and training on CTI Solutions, and changing PABX Platforms. My main focus was:￭ Liaise and Project Manage Resellers, Telecommunication companies and internal resources in the implementation of a new phone system and CTI Solution￭ Maintain a close working relationship with Customers to design individual solutions pertinent to their organisation￭ Create documentation of Design, Project Management Processes and Training resources￭ Train end users on day-to-day functionality. Train Administrators on the maintaining and configuration of the software/server.

￭ Presentation design & compile including company templates & interactive animation of award shows￭ Organisation of key-note speakers & operation of computers on conference sites￭ Creation of word templates carrying company’s profile/design ￭ Creating & designing company profiles

￭ Responsible for all internal and external correspondence with companies and clients within any given project ￭ Organisation within my team to make sure we met project deadlines￭ Self-taught in-house documentation procedures including Word templates and Access filing system
