I am an energetic and passionate person with outstanding communication skills and a depth of experience working with community and different stakeholders. My years in the music industry mean I am good at working under pressure, to tight deadlines and in close contact with other team members. My science background and experience as a live sound engineer mean that I am good at solving problems and logically working through an issue to identify the root cause and work through a number of options to find the most effective solution. My experience in local government has given me skills in project and program planning and management and in developing strategies and plans, report writing, preparing grant applications and implementing a range of projects, including organising a range of events. I am an open and honest communicator with a sense of social responsibility.
