Provide food and beverage service to club members and guests on and off the golf course.Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers™ Take food and beverage orders, deliver meals and drinks  ™ Anticipate and address customers concerns.™ Communicate with other staff regarding needs of customers, out‐standing bar tabs supply shortages, and equipment problems.Follow safe and proper procedures in the course of daily work.™ Perform opening and closing duties as appropriate.  ™ Arrive on time and demonstrate effective time management.™ Other duties as assigned, including tasks which support the essential functions and may be changed or redesigned. ™ Comply with applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards.

Manage the operations, staffing, and sales/profit goals.Ensure total compliance with all store operations policies.Sell merchandise to customers by following prescribed selling methods.Manage the store’s inventory per guidelines. Receive, check, and shelve all merchandise orders. Responsible for keeping store clean and uncluttered. Manage work schedules within established budgets for optimal store coverage. Hire, train, discipline, review, and terminate employees.
