I am experienced at managing employee relations and Trade Union relationships.I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Qualified Executive Coach and a Qualified Change Management Practitioner.Finally, I don’t believe in corporate HR jargon and won’t take a one size fits all approach. I deal with real life issues and help get them sorted - sense of humour included!
