My passion for research and human connection lead me to develop the 121 Agency to assist small businesses, start-ups, associations, and non-profits to use behavioral science to reach their target markets. My research and multicultural studies background provide the vital foundation for data collection and analysis, allowing the 121 Agency to deliver deeper insights into people, organizations, markets, members, and industries. Behavioral Scientists understand that culture is the underlying force that influences identity, drives behavior, and constrains choice. I utilize this connection between culture and the world around us to reveal opportunities and apply them to our clients’ organizations.
