Training was given in the business strategies, IT systems, internal approved Business processes, as well as creating new internal processes which involved the team and mentoring them into the culture of using them. Being on 24/7 support meant constant support and improvement of the processes, thinking on the spot, troubleshooting, and quick decision making. Reporting directly to the CEO the improvements and the fall backs happening at the Care Centre and offering solutions to improve the strategy.
