As a desk clerk I assisted residents with all of their needs when it came to university housing. I managed and distributed inventory, processed and allocated resident packages, and worked with a team to ensure that the halls were running smooth and efficiently. I also served as a resource in assisting parents, students, and guests in active roles regarding customer service, administrative, and security functions in regards to the front desk.

As part of the public policy and mobilization team I recruit home-sharing advocates to lobby their elected officials, conduct local market and press research regarding home-sharing legislation. My job also includes maintaining, updating and editing company excel databases, accompanying supervisors to departmental meetings and implementing new ways to meet departmental goals.
