I mostly waitress at rockwood however, I also bartend and have recently started to learn how to manage a restaurant.

I waitressed in the main dinning room but also worked within their banquet team which included set-up, take-downs, and service. I cocktailed within the private bar and frequently performed bottle services. I was a top up seller and won many of the nightly contests.

I worked in the fine dinning, and main restraunt area of white eagle. However, I also worked many banquets, events, and weddings that White Eagle hosted.

I performed various tasks like hosting, opening, closing, and janitoral work. I also Prepped food and beverages. I learned time managment, and multitasking skills that were necessary for waiting on tables while performing other duties such as running food, expoing dishes, preparing desserts, and bussing tables.

Worked as a cashier, restocker, and did store maintenance.

I learned how to set up and take down moon bounces. I hosted parties which included keeping children entertained by painting faces, making cotton candy, playing games, and enforcing saftey on the equipment. I also did pick ups and deliveries of moon bounces and portable party foods. I learned how to play different costumed charaters such as the Disney princesses.

Managed, hostested, and set up parties for childrens birthdays and special events. This includeded making pizzas and other food that would be served, decorating the area, and managing a strict time schedule.

Learned how to work a cash register, make and prepare soft serve ice cream which inclused the boxed cakes. Also learned how to maintain kitchen equipment.
